Hi, this is Tahlequah criminal attorney Aaron Grubb. I’m talking about a recent case update that we had. We had one where it was a pretty bad DUI for fentanyl, and my client went and got another charge, which almost destroyed their plea deal.
However, today we were able to save it. I got both the DA and the judge to agree to an in-house rehabilitation instead of the six-month jail time that the prosecutor was wanting and pushing for. So, I just wanted to give that quick update.
